VACCINATIONS & ANIMAL HEALTH

No cat suffering from or suspected to be suffering from any infectious or contagious disease can be accepted – I’m sure you will appreciate that we have a duty of care to protect all of our cats at all times.
As such all cats will be examined on arrival and the proprietor reserves the right to refuse admission to any cat showing signs of ill health, pending advice from a Veterinary Surgeon.

An up to date vaccination certificate must be produced on arrival and retained by us during your cats stay.
All cats must have current vaccinations against flu and enteritis. Vaccinations must have been given more than 14 days prior to boarding
All cats must produce their vaccination card. No cat will be accepted without proof of vaccination.
Your cat must be regularly treated for worms & fleas and you should advise us of the last dosing date & which product you used.
Any treatment that is deemed necessary for the comfort of your cat whilst boarding such as worming, flea treatment will be carried out at the management’s discretion and charged to the owner.
Apple Blossom Cattery will administer medication to manageable cats. All medication, prescription diet and associated medical equipment that your cat requires must be supplied by you and you should ensure that there is sufficient quantity to allow for unforeseen circumstances (such as an over-stay).
Whilst every care and precaution is taken with every cat staying with us, the proprietors cannot be held responsible for any illness, disease or death of a cat that may occur during boarding.
