Opening hours & appointments
So we can give you and your cats our full attention, drop-offs, collections and visits are all by appointment.
By appointment
Normally 10am – 4pm
Seven days a week, by prior arrangement
Drop-offs
We try to keep drop-offs to the afternoon, so we can settle new guests in gently.
Collections
We try to keep collections to the morning, so we can clean thoroughly between guests.
Visits & viewings
Doors open — always welcome, by arrangement. A quick call ahead lets us show you around properly.
Out-of-hours arrivals and collections are by prior arrangement only and may incur additional charges. Please always call, text or WhatsApp 07855 475851 to arrange a time.
