We are very proud of our facilities and the services we provide and love to talk cats; as such you are most welcome to pop in during opening hours to view our facilities and talk to our staff.

Opening hours:

We are on site all day, 7 days a week. We allocate times for pick ups and drop offs between 10am - 12pm and 1pm - 4pm each day, save for exceptional circumstances, and welcome visitors during these times by prior appointment.

Please note that we are closed for admissions and collections from Christmas Eve to Boxing Day, and New Years Day.

 

Pick up and drop off times:

Will be allocated at the time of booking and confirmed 14 days before the booking starts

We try to keep pick up times to the morning and drop off times to the afternoon to allow for pen cleaning

We ask all customers to keep to their allocated times where possible so we can ensure we can give our full attention to every customer and their cats
